On May 22, 2017, a company had been registered in the name of Sivarom Company Limited with one million baht registered capital by having the objectives to operate the business of horizontal real estate development such as detached house, semi-detached house, townhouse, commercial building, and condominium (not more than 8 floors), as well as to purchase the land.
In 2018, the name of the company had been changed to Sivarom Real Estate Company Limited on May 22; additionally, the registered capital had been increased to one-hundred million baht in order to start developing the project.
In 2019, they had invested in the company which operated the real estate development business and relevant business; therefore, two-hundred eighty million baht were added in the registered capital. 3. Sivarom China Company Limited
The company holds 51% of this company shares. Sivarom China Company Limited operates the real estate development business.
