Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Policy

Objective
Sivarom Real Estate Public Company Limited (“the Company”) recognizes the importance of reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Therefore, the Company has established this Greenhouse Gas Emission Reduction Policy in order to provide guidelines for the management and implementation of energy consumption reduction and greenhouse gas emission reduction within the organization.

Guidelines
In line with the above objective, the Company has prepared an organizational carbon footprint report and is committed to implementing the following practices:

1. Conduct activities in compliance with applicable laws and other requirements by incorporating such requirements into operational manuals.
2. Collect all relevant data and calculate greenhouse gas emissions arising from the Company’s activities on an annual basis in order to continuously improve its management system.
3. Promote and encourage the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from activities within the organization, including the use of raw materials, fuel consumption, energy consumption, transportation, and other related activities.
4. Provide knowledge to employees in order to raise awareness and foster responsibility toward society and the environment.
5. Communicate information on greenhouse gas emissions resulting from the Company’s operations to all employees and relevant parties in accordance with applicable rules and regulations.
